- All accommodation is on the first floor, reached via external stone steps. There is a comfy super king-size bed in the bedroom that has an en-suite shower room with fitted furniture and a heated towel rails. Fine Egyptian linen and white towels provided
The spacious living area has original flooring and beams and is well lit with:
- Flatscreen TV with Freeview
- DVD, and a stereo/CD player.
- WiFi access is available if guests bring their laptops, tablet etc.
- A cosy wood-burner ( a starter pack of logs for the wood-burner is included in the rent and further logs and kindling are supplied at a small extra cost)
- Dining table
The kitchen is extremely well equipped with:
- Electric oven, grill & hob,
- Microwave
- Integrated fridge (small freezer compartment)
- Slow cooker
- Nespresso Vertuo Next coffee machine.
- Dishwasher
- Tea towels, dishcloths, paper towel, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets are supplied
- A separate small utility room is accessed from the veranda and has the LPG boiler, washing machine, airer, iron and ironing board.
There is central heating throughout.
The sheltered covered veranda is a wonderful place to sit and listen to the birdsong. The woodland garden has a patio with table and chairs and a BBQ. Guests have sole use of the front garden which catches the afternoon sun. Off road parking for 1 vehicle. Safe lock up for bikes, golfing equipment and fishing tackle available
